Orders typically ship within 7 days of purchase*. I use USPS to ensure the best rates possible. Tracking will be provided for all orders. 

Unfortunately I do not ship internationally.

*Please note I'm a one person operation, so it may take longer to fulfill orders if I'm on vacation or otherwise away from the studio. I appreciate your patience and understanding. 

returns & exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving. Contact me within one day of receiving if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue. Refunds will not be issued. Items proven damaged upon receiving might be replaced for an equal value item.
